A Bed Time Story

[Miss Gates]

Kyleanne looked at Kana.

"I'm sorry I passed the wrong judgement on Light,"Kyleanne said. "I didn't know he was escaping."

Kyleanne then looked down at herself. She was filthy. She hadn't taken a shower for months. Kyleanne looked at Kana.

"Do you think he'll mind if I take a bath?"Kyleanne asked her. "I really need one."

[Ellie]

Kana looked around. She laughed. "I highly doubt he would mind. Lets go look for the bathroom then.", she said. The room was huge. And there were archways on either side of them leading to two other rooms. The arch to the left was the bathroom. "I think its in here."

[Miss Gates]

Kyleanne laughed as she followed Kana. Then she looked at Kana.

"Thanks Kana,"she said. "I really need this, if you can't tell. I look disgusting!"

Kyleanne could smell how bad she smelled, she hadn't taken a bath in months. She was homeless, so you really couldn't blame her. The last time she had taken a shower she had broken in a residence to do it.

"Hmmmm, I better not tell Kana or Light about the incident,"Kyleanne thought. "That was horrible."

Kyleanne thought about the scene and then shudder.

"Never again."she thought.

[Ellie]

Kana smiled, and left Kyleanne to shower. She walked back into the main part of the room. Light was standing there. "Oh you came back already?", she said in suprise.

"Yeah. I was trying tofigure out where you two went.", he laughed.

"Kyleanne went to take a shower. We werelooking for the bathroom."

"Oh.". Light muttered. "Go put this in there so shell have something to change into." Light held out a midway (goes to just below your knewws. Its like a sundress) baby blue dress. "Its not really Kyleannes style, but theres nothing in the palace that isnt like this. So it was the best I could do. It will double as a disguise so no will recognise you two.", he babbled. Kana smiled. Light held out a matching dress, only Kanas was pink.

"Its not really my style either.", Kana admitted, but brough the dresses into the bathroom anyhow. She knocked on the shower door. "Kyleanne. Please dont kill Light when you see what hes brought for us to wear.", she giggled. Kana used the bath to clean up a little. Shed showered only a day before this whole thing. So she didnt really mind not showering completely.

[Miss Gates]

Kyleanne raised her eyebrow and pulled back the curtain so that her head poked out.

"It better not be a dress!"Kyleanne yelled.

Then she closed the curtain and continued her shower. It felt so nice she wanted to stay in there forever, but that was silly.

"It better not be a stupid asse dress,"Kyleanne thought. "I hate dresses! Whoever invented dresses shall be reserrected and tortured! Just like whoever invented math! UGH! Dresses are horrible!"

Kyleanne was finally done with her shower twenty minutes later and turned the water off. Then, she wrapped a towel around herself and then she spotted the dress. Her eyes grew wide as she looked from her boy clothes and hat to the dress.

"You have got to be kidding me!"Kyleanne whispered loudly.

"Can't you just wash my clothes?!"Kyleanne yelled quietly.

Kana looked at Kyleannes cloths. "There falling apart Kyleanne. And besided Light brough up a good point-other than thats all he could find- it will serve as good disguise while we are here.", she explained. "You can live just thisone time wearing a dress cant you? It not like anyones going to make fun of you...", she trailed off and grabbed a towel of her own she dried off and tied her hairback. "To be honest I dont want to wear it either."

[Miss Gates]

((LOLZ Yelling in a whisper))

Kyleanne huffed and puffed.

"Fine,"she said. "But this is once in a life time and I will never do it again."

Kyleanne grabbed the dress and walked back into the bathroom. Kyleanne slipped it on over her head and put her arms in the sleeves. Then she walked out of the bathroom and looked at Kana.

"There."she said crossing her arms.

[Ellie]

Kana grinned. "Kyleanne! You look adorable!", she smiled. "I wish I had a camera!", she teased. Kana changed into her dress too. She frowned at the site of it. "I feel like a wedding cake..."

[Miss Gates]

Kyleanne rolled her eyes. "Its Kyle,"she said. "And you looks so much like I cake I could gobble you up. Oh, this so a kodak moment, wouldn't you agree Light?"

Okay so Kyleanne was teasing Kana but only because Kana was teasing her. However, she really did look like a cake. Kyleanne giggled at that thought. The Kana cake.

[Ellie]

Light shrugged. He didnt know what to say. He was used to girls looking like that.

"Well where to next?", Kana asked Light.

"I have no idea.", Light sighed.

[Miss Gates]

"So thats it? We just sit here and wait?"Kyleanne demanded.

Kyleanne was a very pushy person. She did not like the thought of being bored. So yes, she was a busy body.

"There must be something we can do,"Kyleanne said. "Anything."

[Ellie]

"What is it we need to do though?", Kana sighed.

Light sat down. "You two cant stay here your both wanted. It sont be long untill they notice you're gone. Not to mention they'll know it was me. We need to get out of here."

"Out of here? In case you havent noticed, YOUR family has control over the entire planet. YOUR family has guards crawling all over the place. And YOU are THE PRINCE of Avion.", Kana paused. "Its not like your just another pesant around here. There isnt a person on this planetwho doesnt know your face.", Kana trailed off. "And might I mention WANTED posters of Kyleanne, and myself will be posted everywhere. And worse then that YOUR mother THE QUEEN will have us out as kidnappers." Kana looked at Kyleanne. "Am I right?"

[Miss Gates]

Kyleanne looked at Kana and nodded. "Well,"she said. "I am already wanted all over the town because of..."

Kyleanne paused and tried to find the right word. Then she looked back at Kana and Light.

"Things."she finished her sentence. "I am not just wanted for stealing bread..."

Kyleanne sighed. "I'm sorry,"she said. "I should have mentioned that earlier, but you broke us out before I could say anything. Its not like I killede anyone, but pretty close sometimes because I had to defend myself."

[Ellie]

Kanas eyes narrowed. "Things?"

Light shrugged. "What exactly did you do?", he asked calmly.
They both waited for an explaniation.

[Miss Gates]

Kyleanne sighed with frusteration.

"I'm a homeless person,"Kyleanne said. "I have to fight muggers, pervertse, and steal food. Possibly break into other people's home every now and then for something. Use your imagination. But I have never killede anybody."
