This is where all the banished people, the traitors, and the rogues go to. These are barren lands much like Nebraska of the earthly plane. The summers here are hot and harsh. The winters here are cruel and dangerous. The people here have very little except maybe a roof over their heads. Trust is a foreign concept to these people.
Beware of the banded few because the ones that travel in packs are the most dangerous. These people are only interested in survival with many. They loot houses, burn trees, and steal from some poor pedestrian.
