Crawls In The Moonlight

[Miss Gates]

The dream dissolved too quickly and this brought pain to Jacklyn's heart. She was alive. Her eyes opened and she looked at the figure who was sitting next to her. Surprise filled her.

"Danny?" Jacklyn called.

[jojodancer]

Danny looked up at her and smiled at her. " Your okay?!" he said in somewhat of a question. He stood up from the chair and walked closer to her. " Are you okay?"

[Miss Gates]

Jacklyn smiled a little. "I think so," she repsonded. "You're in human form..." She noted. "You look handsome." She closed her eyes and relaxed. Jacklyn was still awake, but she felt exhausted.

The girl was actually a little confused as to why she was even there in the first place. Was this Heaven? She thought. Jacklyn had thought she died. Maybe she did die and awoke. Maybe this was all a dream. That's what this was: all a dream. She wasn't really here.

"Are you real?" Jacklyn asked with her eyes opened.

Danny looked at her with a question mark. He poked his stomach. " As much as i wish i was just a dream in human form i'm not. I'm real as could be. Though i would feel more real if i had fur." he gave a cocky grin.

[Miss Gates]

Jacklyn chuckled a little, but her brain refused to believe that this was reality. What was her name? She couldn't remember. She looked troubled.

"Danny," she said. "Who am I?"

[jojodancer]

Danny took one of her hands in his and lightly stroked it. " Your name is Jacklyn."

[Miss Gates]

She smiled. "I like that name," Jacklyn admitted. "You could call me Jackie." She giggled a little. "I know you...I care about you a lot." A flash back crossed her mind. It had happened where she first met Danny. On an ice lake. She had been terrified. "I met you on the pond thingy. In the middle of the night." Jacklyn paused. "I like you." She poked his nose with her free hand.

Danny blushed. But smiled. " Well i like you too Jackie." he stroked her hair out of her face. " Let's get you feeling better okay."

[Miss Gates]

Jacklyn smiled and nodded. "Okay," she paused. "Am I going to live with you?"

[jojodancer]

Danny tilted his head to the side. " If that's what you would like." he shrugged. " Staying with me and the pack for awhile, just until you at least get better." he paused. " Or even if you wanted to stay you could."

[Miss Gates]

Jacklyn smiled. "That would be nice." She said. At least she knew what she was, she just didn't know who she was.

Danny smiled back at her. " Can i get you anything?" he looked around the room for the nurses button. " I think they'll let you eat if your hungry." he shrugged.

[Miss Gates]

Her stomach growled and she giggled. "I guess that answers that question," she said. "Can they get me a deer?" She wanted some raw meat because her wolf form.

Danny laughed. " I think the best they'll give you is some juice and nasty hospital food. But i promise as soon as we get outta here i'll get you a deer." he smiled.

[Miss Gates]

Jacklyn pouted like a little kid, but smiled after that. "Okay!" She said and waited for her food.
