The nurse came in with a small tray. " How you feelin suga?" she asked politely as she moved around Danny to pull out the table that hovers over the bed. She set the tray down.
Danny moved a little so he was out of the way but kept holding onto her hand.

"I'm starving," Jacklyn said. "And my head feels a little funny. Danny told me that my name is Jacklyn and I said he could call me Jackie." She smiled. "Thank you for the food." She told the nice lady.

The nurse smiled. " Anytime suga. I'll give you some ibProfen for the headache once you eat and then you can be on your way." she smiled politely and left the room.

Danny leaned into the bed slightly to take some of the weight off his feet. " Yeah she is." he nodded towards the food. " How's it taste?" he asked with a slight smile.

Danny laughed. It didn't smell to good. " That's good." he said. He yawned. " Just a little tired." he shrugged. He had fought off her pysco dad. He wondered if any of his pack had been hurt. He hoped not. They seemed fine. But they were good at hiding things from him.
