Crawls In The Moonlight

[Miss Gates]

Jacob rolled his eyes. "You really need to shut up," he snarled. "You almost woke dad up. I got you breakfast. There's a rabbit on the kitchen table."

He stalked out of her room, fuming with anger.

Jacklyn looked down hurt. It wasn't her fault. She sighed heavily and wondered what Danny's life was like.

Probably better than here, Jacklyn thought.

She got up and took a shower. She walked downstairs to find her rabbit gone.

"Where's the rabbit?" Jacklyn asked Jacob.

Jacob looked at her. "Dad ate it," he said. "There's nothing else."

Jacklyn's stomach growled. "Great," she said bitterly. "Another day without food."

Danny and Timber brought the deer and rabbit back to the pack and dropped it in the center. There pack was small which was good considering they had enough trouble finding food.

[Miss Gates]

"Did he say why he ate it?" Jacklyn asked.

Jacob nodded, "He said you shouldn't be screaming and that you should have gotten up earlier."

Jacklyn sighed. "I'm going out for a walk."

"He said you would say that," said Jacob. "And he doesn't care when you come back or if you come back."

Jacklyn's cheeks were hot. She walked out, taking a coat and threw it on her. She stormed out of the house.

Danny was wrestling with one of the pups who had challenged him. He let him pin him down a few times.
Timber smirked Come on Danny boy fight someone your own age.
Danny smirked Lets go then

[Miss Gates]

Jachlyn stormed to frozen pond. She sniffed the air and smelled her ancestors again; the wolves. She smiled. She loved that smell. Her family's scent smelled poisonous.

Danny got pinned down more than a few times. He grunted and shoved Timber off of him. Alright thats enough

Timber smirked. I knew i'd win

Danny turned and shoved him into a tree. draw

Jacklyn sniffed the air. Was that Danny's scent? Would it be weird for her to follow his scent and trace it to his pack?

Wolves were terroritorial creatures, she knew this. But still...It would be nice to see someone else's home. Jacklyn went around the pond and followed his scent, secretly hoping he would smell her.

Danny had Timber pinned to the ground and was snarling and snapping at his throat. He smelt a familiar scent and was distracted.
Timber took the chance and flipped on Danny

Jacklyn neared their pack and spotted two wolves watching them. She kept a low profile.

Is that Danny? Jacklyn thought. She smiled as she watched them.

Danny kept looking in one direction but flinched everytime Timber snapped at his neck.
He slid out from under him and pounced on him

[Miss Gates]

Jacklyn gasped and covered her mouth.

Surely not all wolves are violent likes her family's...Right? Her dad fought her whenever he was angry; she was used to getting beat up by her father...

Jacklyn stepped out from hiding, a little scared.

"Danny?" she whispered.

Danny looked at her and ended up being kicked into a tree. Enough Timber he said as he shook of the slight blow to the head and padded over to Jack.

[Miss Gates]

Jacklyn smiled at him and patted his head. She forgot about her hunger. But it would come back soon, she knew that. After all, going without food for two days wasn't good for a wolf. And other wolves would sense that.

"Hi," she said. "Is it okay that I came here? I just followed your scent and and I wanted to see how another wolves' family interacts with each other."

Danny was grinning on the inside and nuzzled her hand. He nodded towards the pack inviting her in. He eyed Timber. Be good

Timber smirked. Please i am always so nice he said and padded over to grab a rabbit.

Jacklyn smiled. "Thank you," she whispered to Danny. "Is this your family?"
