Reunion

Alex was once again in controll of his body now. He was somewhat relived to hear this, but he really wanted to help Ellie. Cid patted his son on the back. "Don't worry yerself. I'm sure we can help Ellie some other way." Axel grinned slightly, though he was still a little concerned.

[Ellie]

Nina threw herself in a seat. "UGGGGGHHHHHH what the hell do we do now!?!?!?!", she yelled.

Cloud shrugged. "My guess is to somehow go back to the research lab, and prefrom a through search on the technology they have there." That was the only logical action that came into his mind.

[Ellie]

"Clouds right.", Sky began. "Thats probably our best choice. We cant just sit around here. Ellie needs us."

Nina nodded and got up. A bright white light suddenly appeared before them. It was Ninas gun. It floated mystically in the air. Nina reached to touch it, and the light shown brighter. CenTara carried Pheonix down the stairs. "This is my gift to you.", the small Dragon said gently. Nina grabbed at her gun, it took on a new shape. It grew and grew untill it resembeled a giant axe. She smiled. The axe was as tall as Skys staff but as light as a feather. "Lets go.", she said to the group and headed for the lab. It wasnt long before they reached it. The scientists remained frozen, without movement. they began to search.

Cloud took a crouching look at the broken piece of machinery that took Pheonix out of Ellie. "Too bad it's broken... Maybe there could'ove been something we could do reverse the effects..." He shrugged, and went to the next gizmo.

[Ellie]

"I think it was purposely broken. I dont think they wanted any way for that machiene to be used to help.", Sky said quite intelligantly.

"Even so theres got to e something here...", Nina muttered. As she shifted through things. "Did anyone find anything?", she asked around the lab.

"Theres some filieing over here...", Kyo muttered, somewhat calmly. He was extreamly focused.

Cid looked over at Kyo's general direction. "Well then, whatcha find?" He towered over his shoulder, to try and get a look on what he had found. The others soon followed.

[Ellie]

He was going through a folder with Ellies name on it. "This folders all about Ellie.", he started. "It has everything thats happened to her since this all started. Its got little side notes from the Elders, and most of thier plans for her. It has everything from the banishment to the time she came back and...well took control. A few pages back is the Elders final notes. I cant read it. Its too hard to make out. There are even pictures of her in here. Including pictures of the sealing of Pheonix into her.", he paused.

"What..?", Nina asked. Kyo picked up a few more files. They were huge, but well kept. He handed Sky one, and Nina the other.

"Yours are in here too.", he said. He looked through the names again. He pulled more files and handed them to Sephiroth, Vivi, Cloud, and even Cid. "Though the hand writing in those are different. Which meanes they were prolly written by that stupid idiot.", he was reffering to the scientist.

Sky side glanced at Kyo, "When did you begin to sound so smart...", she said slyly. Sky looked at the cabinet. "Hmmph. theres even one for Pheonix." Kyo pulled two more files.

"Nina....", he muttered. "These...arent they...?", he said handing them to her. Nina looked at them. She read the names.

"Yes...those are Ellies parents. My sister. And my brother in law....", she trailed off. Her voice was bitter.

"Wow, what a read." Sephiroth flipped through a few pages of the document. They even had more recent events, like their adventure with Kingdom Hearts and the days at SOLDIER.

Alex marveled at the papers. "Who wrote this? Some kind of stalker?"

[Ellie]

Sky looked a bit concerned by the documents of Ninas sister. But she didnt say anything.

"Not a stalker. Just....the Elders.", Nina muttered. "They knew everyhting that went on involving Ellie. And everyone who was involved with her...and me. Once they knew of it. They noted it. I knew they kept tabs on us. But I didnt know they had all of this...", Nina finished. "Kyo is there anything about this new situation in that file?"

"We'll have to look." he said holing it up. It was as thick as three dictionaries.

"Lets head back to the house then. You guys can go out through the town, while i read this.", Nina said sounding quite exausted.

Vivi just stood there, not saying anything. He rocked on his feet, but said nothing.

"Well, I guess there's no point in staying here any longer. Whatever you say." Cloud shrugged, and headed outside.

[Ellie]

Nina headed back to the house alone. She wanted no company for this. She threw her sisters files on the ground. She looked around at the mess from earlier and headed to the kitched. She flopped on the chair and began to read.

Kyo and Sky headed to the old park. Ellie had it rebuilt. The sat on the swings. "Kyo...?", Sky muttered. Kyo gave no response.

The rest of the group followed the two to the park. Sephiroth enjoyed the slight draft as it wipped in the wind.

Alex store at the sky. He wished he could go through with the origional plan, but he wouldn't want to concern anyone else. Four days would be a long time, after all. "Damn it anyway." He plopped to the ground, still starring at the sky.

Vivi wondered up to Alex's face. "Um, are you alright, Alex? You seem kinda down ever since we left the lab." Alex turned his head to Vivi. "Uh, nothing much. I'm just thinking of how we can get Ellie back." He didn't like others to know what he was thinking.

[Ellie]

Kyo remained scilent. His armored arm was cloaked to look like a human arm, and he was wearing a light blue hoodie. Ellie had bought it for him. He never wore anything bright. EVER. But Ellie insisted he bought it. Since then it had been his favorite hoodie. He undid the zipper as he stood up and took it off. He sat back on the swing and cuddeled it? It looked akward but no one said anything.

Sky huffed and got up. She looked at the sky. "Alex...please. Dont be mad you cannot save Ellie. Your just as important as she is. None of us could take a life for a life. Or in this case we could not harm another life to save one. So cheer up.", she said trying to cheer him up. She looked back at the sky and some of the clouds moved out of the way. The sun shined on the park. Everything was warm. "Cheer up.", she said with a warm smile.

Alex looked over at Sky. He felt something when she said 'Cheer Up', something he hadn't felt before. But, it was just a flicker, it was gone in a moment. It felt warm, comforting, and just enlightening in short. "I guess you're right. Thanks for showing me that." he smiled to her.
