The Dark Months: War

[Atticus]

Lucian was stunned at was happend he slowly got off the ground as he wobbles abit "this really is taking its toll on me" he said to himself as he looked in the mirror knowing that the person he spoke to was gone "i better get back down stairs he said moving out of the room and down the stairs but stood outside the living room door *should i tell her?* he thought to himself.

[Miss Gates]

Rachelle looked at Lucian with a worried look and then closed her eyes because she realized that she was showing emotion and she couldn't get attached. Especially right now.

"Are you alright?"Rachelle asked him.

[Atticus]

Lucian shook his head abit because he knew he daydreamed abit "yeah im fine" he said walking into the room and looking for any mirrors as he sees there is none he gives a sigh of relief as he leans against a wall "so what did i miss?" he said trying to divert the fact he seemed reliefed

[Miss Gates]

Rachelle nodded. "Well,"she said. "Ward here was just explaining to me where he came from. I understand, but its hard to explain. He's not exactly human, but he came from Earth in the states. Or so says a rumor."

Then she turned to Ward. "Alright,"she said. "Do you have any ablities?"

Meanwhile, Zoey finally got the blood packets. Now she was having a hard time getting back down to the first floor of the broken down hospital. Zoey grunted as she moved boards and technology such as computers out of the way. She held the blood packets by her teeth. The scent was hard to resist, but being a gifted vampire, Zoey could do it.
Zoey was now on the second floor. She went to walk on the steps and did it carefully. About the third step down, it broke and Zoey slipped. She still had the blood packets safely secured in her mouth. Zoey held on tight as she looked down to see how far it was and if she could make it. It was a big drop down, but she had training and decided that she was going to try.
Zoey let go of the step and dropped. The wind rushed through her hair and she landed on her feet. Zoey sighed and took the blood packets out of her mouth. Then she walked out of the door and into the parking lot. Suddenly, a shot was fired and Zoey collasped on the pavement. Blood was spilling from the top right side of her chest. Zoey gasped for air and thanked the heavans that it wasn't silver.
Zoey got up and ran over to the car with the blood packets. She pulled out the keys from her left pocket and started the car. She sped out of the parking lot and onto the road. Zoey gasped for breath. She started wheezing and became a little hazy. Then she realized that there was a little silver within the bullet.

"Damn it!"Zoey screamed and continued to drive with one hand.

[Atticus]

Lucian nodded "i see i wonder if earth is a nice place" he said looking up slightly and heard in his head "it might be" it was the voice from the mirror "but listen to me carefully do not try to understand these people" it said in Lucians mind *but there nice people* he thought back as it replyed "you'll learn one day Lucian" it said as he felt it go away *why does this keep happing* he thought looking at the ground.

[Miss Gates]

Once again Rachelle felt the prescence. This annoynied her because once again, it disappeared.

"ALRIGHT!"she yelled. "One of you is hiding something! I can sense another prescence and it is driving me crazy!"

Just as she yelled, an arrow was shot through the window, shattering it and it struck Rachelle in the stomach, sending her flying agaisnt the wall. Rachelle choked and looked down at her stomach which was now gushing out blood. Rachelle fell to the floor and gasped.

"I've been shot."she thought. "I'm gonna kill this son of a-ow! Man it kills!"

Rachelle choked as she tried to stand up, but she only fell and landed on the arrow, snapping it in half.

"SON OF BITCHE!"Rachelle screamed.

[Atticus]

Lucian fell to the ground as he crawls towards Rachelle "no way this isn't happening now" he said grabbing her arms as he pulls her along the floor so they were behind the sofa to use as cover "i'll get it out" as he grabs the bit thats sticking out abit and pulls hard as it comes out quickly *yikes thats how much strengh i have* he tought to himself "will you be okay?" he said holding her

[Miss Gates]

Rachelle gasped and screamed when it came out. She needed blood, but she couldn't find the words. Rachelle looked at Lucian and tried to say something.

"B-b-bl-bl-bloo"Rachelle stuttered.

"We can't wait for Zoey we need to get outa here now!"she thought.

[Atticus]

Lucian looked at Ward as he shakes his head as he then turns back to Rachelle "would....would my blood be fine?" he asked not knowing if that was good *DON'T BE A FOOL LEAVE HER AND RUN* Lucian looked down and shook his head *no i won't leave if your in my head you will have to get use to it* he thought back *IDIOT* the voice went as he looks at Rachelle in her eyes.

[Miss Gates]

Rachelle looked at him. She couldn't believe that he was going to give her his blood. She shook her head.

"This is crazy,"Rachelle thought. "There's the prescence again!"

Zoey bursted through the door of the house and stumbled into the living room. She looked at Rachelle and then at Lucian. She quickly walked over to Rachelle and took one of the blood packets and poured it on her wound. Instantly, the wound healed. Rachelle looked at Zoey; Zoey's eyes were hazy and tinted silver. Meanwhile, Zoey handed Lucian a blood packet. There was two left. Then, Zoey collasped unconscious.

"Zoey!"Rachelle yelled.

Rachelle opened Zoey's jacket and saw the bullet wound.

"Crap,"she thought. "Gold bullet with silver in it. I don't know how to perform surgery."

Rachelle looked at Ward. "Do you know how to get the bullet out? We need to get all the silver out of her system or she'll diei."

[Atticus]

Lucian was looking at Rachelle as Zoey Bursted in scaring him as he fell onto the fall and sat up taking the blood pack as he moves next to Zoey seeing her colapse *oh god no* he thought *what can...wait* "in the oldern time they use to use leaches to suck out i'llness that were in the blood stream if the silver is in the Blood stream we need something to suck it out whilest we take out the bullet?" he said thinking that is was a good plan.

[Miss Gates]

Rachelle looked at him and nodded. "That's right."she said.

[Atticus]

Lucian got up "i'll look around for some needles or something" he said getting up and moving out the room he try'd the kitchen looking thew all the draws and cupboards finding nouthing he moved up stairs in the bathroom looking behind the glass mirror was a medical pack he picked it up and rush back down into the living room "i found something" he open'd it and pulled out two seringes "im sure you'd want to get it out your self" he also puller out some tewezers and some bandages "the tweezers can get the bullet out"

[Miss Gates]

Rachelle looked at Lucian. Then she began to wonder.

"Why is he doing this?"she thought. "And I don't know how to get a bullet out."

She sighed. "I don't know how,"she said. "Do you or Ward know how to?"

I'm sorry that it took so long for me to get back was on the road for 22 hours goin to oklahoma and getting a cousin then driving back XD

Ward shook his head"No nobody else is with me"That was basically the moment that the arrow shot through the room and impailed Rachelle. He stood for a moment and looked around for tools, he found something interesting. It was some sort of doctors scalpal he took it but didn't use it since Lucian already ripped out the arrow.

"Why do people believe me to have special abilities..."He muttered under his breathe. Zoey came in and he was asked if he could help her."Lay down so i can extract the bullet, Lucian while you were in the bathroom did you see a washcloth? If so go get that and wet it down."

After barking orders around to the suposedly higher beings he took a blood packet from Zoey and took it to Rachelle,"I'm sorry but you said you needed it and this is all we have on short notice, take it."

He left the packet by Rachelle before moving to Zoey and pulling out the scalpal...
