The World that Never Was:Climax

[Ellie]

"Are there any people here...or are they gonna be...all...well gone....?", Ellie asked.

"HURRY!", Sky ordered. "That thing I sensed. Whatever it is...or they are. Its getting closer."

Sephiroth had hoped that the pursuer would have ceased by now. But alas, they're still comming.

"I say we stop. Taking it out would be some much less troubling than going on like this." Cloud said, itching the back of his neck.

[Ellie]

"Whatever it is...its big...", Sky muttered. "Its...picking up speed...it--", she was cut off by a large ship flying by.

"Sky hunny...that by any chance wasnt our prusuer...was it?", Nina sked. Sky seemed quite embarassed and hung her head.

"Yes..", she muttered pushing her two pointer fingers together. "It was messing with the air currents...so I thought..."

"Its okay dear...lets keep moving...", Nina said softly.

Sephiroth laughed to himself. "Airships are common in big cities like this. It's best just to ignore them."

As they approached the Serpent's Gate, the guard took a look at them. But, he hadn't reconized the bunch. "Welcome to Lindblum. Please, enjoy your stay." The group advanced to the tram, and ordered to be taken to the Airship Dock.

[Ellie]

"How long untill we get in.", Nina said impatiently. She was ready fo some action, and was sick of sitting around.

Cloud looked over his shoulder. "Not long. This cart should take us to the dock, which connects to the main castle. Cid should be inside, along with the organization. So, you better use this chance to get yourself ready."

[Ellie]

"Im always ready.", Nina smirked. Ellie nodded as did Kyo and Sky.

"We're all ready!", Pheonix said to everyone telepathically. He voice as graceful as ever but it had a hint of excitement in it.

The group looked toward the center. Vivi put his hand in the center of the space they were in. He hinted to everyone else to put their hand in. "Me too, I'm not backing down now!"

Alex looked surprised at the little mage, and he put his hand in the middle. "Me neither. Not now." Sephiroth and Cloud joined in too.

[Ellie]

Ellie slapped her hand in. Sky shyly put hers in, and Nina with a HUGE grin put hers in too. Kyo stood there with a 'Youve got to be kidding me look' but put his hand in last all the same. "Lets get-r-done!!!", Ellie shouted. Nina and Sky shook their heads in embarassment but smiled.

The gang pysiced themselves, and rushed out of the cart with weapons outheld,. They'd removed their desquises and rushed up the stairs and into the airship dock.

The room was eerrily empty. The silence was enough to make you twitch. But, as soon as Alex took a step foward, a hooded figure appeared. He prepared himself.

"Oh, so you've finnaly come..."

[Ellie]

"Damn straight.", Nina said clearly through the room. Her gun drawn in front of her. Ellies eye began to flash full of that firey glow. "Now lets get this over with."

"...As you wish."

The organization member pulled his hood down, revealing a white-haired man. He soon after raised his right hand, to catch his left shoulder bone for a blade. It regenerated. "My bones are as strong as any metal. "

Alex grunted. "I don't care how strong your bones are, you freak!" Alex transformed into his demon state, not even drawing his Shippu.

[Ellie]

Ellie was behind Alex in an instant transforming herself. The room was big rnough for her, but not big enough for her to fly. She could sure as hell breath fire and ice though. "Your bones may be able to regenerate, but Im sure yur skin wont from BURNING!!!", Pheonix hissed. She shot one of her best firballs at him.

The fireball rushed through the organization member, he stood there and took the hit... But how?

He stood there, wearing what looked like some sort of bone armor. His whole body was covered in it... A didn't even look like he had a scratch on him! "Nice try. I have the ability to create several different designs of armor using my skeleton. This one repels elemental magic." The black robes had been burnt off, to reveal another, more traditional robes for martial arts.

"Damn it... That means mele is our only choice..." He drew the Shippu, keeping it outheld incase he came forth.

"Care to try again?"

[Ellie]

Pheoinix turned back into Ellie. With the limited movment Pheonix would do her no good. She pulled out her frisby. Kyo rushed at him sword drawn, he jumped and slashed. His sword glowed a bright orange.
