Anthia is a world of magical people that practice four different types of magic. There is Arcane magic, Lighter magic, Torum magic, and Elemental magic. These four types of magical communities have bonded together and decided to keep the earth peaceful. All of the children develop their magic when they are ten years old (or do they?).
However, there are some magical beings that disagree. Those beings are the outcasts of this world. They are people who have been rejected by their community and have great pleasure in causing chaos. Sometimes this group gets violent and the Torum magic-users have to step in to stop them.
