Prey Amoung Preditors (Al Welcome)

[Miss Gates]

Tonny nodded at Blade and asked for Heidi the waitress. Heidi came back with boxes and gigantic bag that was comfortable to carry. It was one of Heidi's personal bags but she wanted Tonny taken care of. Heidi always considered her a friend. Once the food was packed Heidi turned to her friend and whispered,

"You should go too. I over heard you talking about leaving?"

Heidi wasn't sure where she was going or what Blade was doing with her but she over heard the smallest bit of the conversation. She valued Tonny's friendship and she wanted her friend safe and far away from here. Tonny looked into Heidi's eyes. The waitress was concerned. She could tell. Tonny rolled her eyes and nodded. 

"I'm leaving this establishment for the night but I will not leave my home." Tonny told her. 

Heidi looked at Blade. "Can you please help me out here and talk some sense into her?" She asked. "I know you are new in town. This is a place where everyone knows everybody. There's some bad blood in this town and it wants Tonny. She doesn't want to go down that path. She shouldn't have to." 

"Heidi!" Tonny yelled at her. "Stop worrying and go back to the kitchen. I'll be fine." 

Heidi's eyes watered. She reached into her apron pocket and pulled out an envelope. She put it inside Tonny's pocket and walked away without saying a word. Tonny sighed heavily and grabbed the bag of food. She turned to Blade and said, 

"My bad about all the drama." Tonny paused. "Heidi is my drama mama friend if you know what I mean. You ready to go?"

[Midnight]

"Oh it's fine I completely understand how worried she must be...and with how things are going I can surely know why"He said and smiled."So anyways you ready to go?"He asked her curiously.

Tonny nodded and grabbed the bag. She walked out of the restaurant making sure that no one was following her. She had one place where she was safe and it was magically protected from spells. No one could find her there unless she wanted to be found. It was a tree house that was cloaked and high up in the sky. Tonny loved to exercise but there was also an easier way of getting up to the destination. Tonny waited outside the restaurant for Blade so that they could continue their journey. 

[Midnight]

Blade had waited a couple minutes before getting up and following Tony out of the restaurant it wasn't a very good atmosphere for him and for him being among wolves well it kind of made him a bit tense then again he should be used to such danger considering who his family was and what he had been through before. He shook his head at the thought as he meet Tonny outside. "So....shall we?"He asked as he extended his hand in a lets continue gester.

[Miss Gates]

"We shall." Tonny said and led the way.

She walked to her favorite spot that was protected from hooligans. She had to take care of herself. Tonny's been doing it for a long time. She liked to take to care of herself. Tonny didn't mind the isolation and the loneliness. What she did mind was bullies. Wolves were always trying to take her power. She hated her species sometimes but she took pride in being a well mannered wolf. Many wolves practiced barbaric ways and Tonny did not agree. That's part of the reason why she avoided him. She liked that Blade was not a part of this. Tonny often wondered what it would be like if she wasn't a wolf. Would she miss the strength that it gave her?

All these thoughts were circling in her mind. Tonny hated that she dragged another person into her drama, but she was glad that she was able to protect him. Not all wolves were blood thirsty. If she were to marry and have children she would teach them that. Tonny always thought that she would make a good mom. She smiled at thought of children running around and playing together. That was a good thought. She turned to Blade and said,

"So do you have any ideas of how to get back to your world?" Tonny paused. "I'm afraid that this world doesn't hold many witches that have the power to take you back to wherever you want to go."

[Midnight]

Blade had paused when she had finally turned to him and it had seemed she had been deep in her thoughts most of the way to where they was going. He rubbed the back of his neck thinking. "I somewhat have an idea of how to get back....all we need is someone to give me something that can since magical portals thought this relm and the rest I think I can do myself...since that is how I got here in the first place I stumbled through a portal and ended up here."He admitted somewhat curious in what she had been thinking till now.

[Miss Gates]

Tonny shrugged. "The witches that live here keep a low profile." She said. "The wolves and the witches had a couple of wars when this world was first founded. The wolves ended up on the better end of things." Tonny explained and looked down. "The witches are almost extinct on this world."

Her family had a helping hand with a few of those wars. Tonny tried to avoid them the best she could. She had an odd history with her family. Tonny was not going to be a part of the royal wolves. Her family was only royal because they won wars with the witches. They were a few of the last wolves standing. The rest of the wolves that were last standing helped build this empire that's here in this world today. It's why Tonny wanted to stay out of marriage with him.

If she married to him then she would be reconnected with her family and she wanted anything but that. She looked at Blade and wondered if it were possible to gain enough magic for two people to travel through portals. Tonny wanted to be as far away from her family as possible.

"If I could find you a witch and help get you out of this bloody mess can I come with you?" Tonny asked. "We don't have to stick together afterwards but I would like to get off of this world. Out of this universe."
