Clear walked up to the her parents room and knocked on the door. There was nothing; Clear sighed and knocked again. Again, there was no answer. She opened the door and found that her parents were not inside their room. Clear walked downstairs and wandered around the castle.
Every time she wondered alone now, all thoughts centered around the romantic Black Wolf named David. She never felt this way about anyone before. Her heart pounded as an image of him floated through her mind. Then anger and hatred filled her heart when Artemis came into her mind. She couldn't believe her parents were making her marry him. Clear was always arguing with him over something; she did not want to marry such a creature.
Then David floated in her head again. The thought of him made her smile and she found herself wondering back to the entrance of the castle. She shook her head, house arrest, she thought. i can escape without using the front door.
