A New Born Wolf

"Hrmph. Princess? Hardly. Oh sure, she's the daughter of our king and queen, but underneath all that she's been nothing but a spoiled brat lately."

"I heard that you and David were supposed to be married. It's the same with Clear and myself. I'm hardly excited about it."

[Nightlily]

Simor smiles, "I call her princess because I rufuse to call her a name, she is nothing but and animal to me." She sticks her head in the air, "Come over here... I want to get a better look at you." She blinked, "Oh... And if you see her tell her what happens between me and David is none of her business..." She looked to the ground, "Although... I doubt there still is a me and David now..."

Smiling at Simor, Artemis moves next to her and says, "I'll be more than happy to tell her how you feel! She needs some tweaking now and again."

"What happened between you and David?"

[Nightlily]

"I have not seen him for a long time. We use to see each other all the time when we were children..." Simor looked into Artemis' eyes, "What is your special ability?" Simor's red eyes peered into his.

"Wow, you'd think our clans were like mirrors. That's exactly like Clear and myself. We knew each other when we were kids, but we haven't seen each other in a long time. We got along, but lately it's been pretty bad, I can't imagine why they think we should get married."

"As for my abilities," he says, shrugging, "....I don't know."

[Nightlily]

Simor frowned, "Me and David were fine until a hour ago..." She laid her head on Artemis' shoulder, "I have nothing left in the world..." She closed her eyes, "You must have some type of ability..."

Artemis puts his arm around Simor and gives her a small squeeze before letting it fall, "You can count me as your friend Simor. I like you, even if you are a Black Wolf.", he says, smiling.

"And I'm sure my father and brother would like to thank you as well, even consider you a friend of the family. But either way, you've got at least one friend now."

Artemis looks to the west and watches the sun set on the horizon, washing the clouds in red and orange, "Beautiful isnt't it?..."

[Nightlily]

"Yeah..." She bit her lip with her head full of thought and questions. 'Why does he care so much?' She thought while opening her eyes wide enough to see the sunset.

[shadowheart]

"Why?"

"Why what?"

[Nightlily]

Simor blinks before looking up at Artemis, "I did not say any thing..." She thought, 'What the hell? Did I say that outloud?' Simor looked around awkwardly, "Artemis... What is going on?"

[shadowheart]

Artemis looks at her, thinking she looks suprised and confused, "I don't know, I just heard you say "Why." "

"Didn't you just say that? Or am I imagining things again? That seems to be happening a lot lately..."

[Nightlily]

Simor gets very close to his face and looks straight into his eyes, "I just thought... 'Why does he care so much...' But I did not say it outloud." She gets on her knees and grabs the sides of his head while looking into his eyes.

[shadowheart]

"Uh...Simor...I like your eyes, but....what are you doing? You expect me to read your mind?", he says, looking in to her eyes, unconvinced.

[Nightlily]

"Well... That is the only thing that explains it..." She leaned back a little, "Well... Do you not think that is the reason? It makes sense... I mean... You said you did not have any other ability."

[shadowheart]

"I suppose it would explain it, but I've never heard of anything like that before. I've always thought I was imagining things."

Artemis looks to the side for a few seconds to think, then back up at Simor, "Alright, think of something, anything, and I'll try to read it."

"Hmmm...this could be fun!", he says, smiling.
