Brett nodded. "Sure thing," he said. "Follow me."

He threw the rest of his raw steak out and drank the blood from his soda can which was called O Positive. It was his favorite. He started to head for the exit doors.

Nathan thought to himself for abit "Don't worry about it, you will control your power over time after all i could risk mind fragging anyone within a certain radius of me seeing as i can't control my metal power side proply yet" he said sighing.

Laura followed behind him as a clone came out and caught the steak with a net, placing it into the closest bin before poofing "Don't litter mister" she said playfully.

[Miss Gates]

Dakota nodded. "It's just a precaution," she told him. "I don't want to kill anyone here."

Not that she ever wanted to kill someone.

Brett jumped at Laura's poof and let out a little yelp of surprise. He turned her.

"Gah! Would you not do that woman?! And geez man!" he yelled. "I'm not going to bite you! I don't believe in stealing people's life force so don't worry about it!"

Nathan nodded "I know how you feel Dakota, it is a very worrying fact" he said with abit of a frown.

Laura stared at Brett abit wierd "What are you on abit?" sounding abit sad "I was only putting your rubbish in the bin and i can't leave my clones running around" she said upset.

Brett looked at her. Had he missed understood her? Probably. He was very slow. He looked at Laura.

"Sorry," he said. "Don't be sad....It's not you."

Dakota looked at Nathan. "I'm sorry," she said feeling awkward. "I must be a really depressing person to talk to."

Laura stared right at him "Ofcause its me..... no one likes me and i can't help the way i act" she folded her arms before laughing "I got yaaaaaa but you did upset me".

Nathan shook his head "Dont be silly, your not depressing we just ended up talking like this..... in a way it helps us to get this out the way and to know each other better" he said trying to make a good side out of it.

Angel shrugged. " There's pretty much every fast food, type food, food here. They don't want us to miss out on anything or have any reasons to sneak out to get a certain food so its all here."

Brendon stared at her dumbfounded and chuckled like he knew what she was talking about. " He he, yeah speaking of food i'm starving." he said clutching his growling stomach.

Brett sighed. "If I didn't like you Laura," he said. "I wouldn't be talking to you. Just calm down and follow me."

"I guess so," said Dakota.

She hadn't spoken to anyone in years. She forgot what it was like to communicate with people. What was right to talk about and what was not right to talk about. She knew death made people feel awkward and her murdering people claimed her as a serial killer. Even when it was an accident. Humans were always afraid of what they couldn't understand; like her.

Jennifer laughed. "Alright," she said. "Let's get food after class...Unless you're meeting up with Angel? Do you already have a date with her?"

Felix smiled. "Sounds great," he said. "Can you show me the way?"

Brendon blinked at her. " Nope why would i?" he asked staring at her.

Angel smiled and nodded. " Sure sure."

Jennifer shrugged. "I don't know," she lied.

She thought Angel was prettier than her, but she didn't want to tell Brendon that. How could he like her? She wondered and shrugged again.

Felix smiled, "Thanks." He said.

[Atticus]

Nathan clapped his hands together slightly "Riiight erm... i tell you what is there anything that makes you happy? anything at all?" he said hoping there was.

Laura looks at Bret "Yeah i guess your right..... i'll becareful not to scare you again" she said smiling evily before laughing again.

Angel smiled warmly back and headed down the path towards the cafeteria. " So..." she said, " Tell me something about yourself."

Brendon shrugged as the bell rang. He stood up from his desk. " Would you like me to escort you to lunch." he asked her playfully holding out his hand.

Jennifer blushed and took Brendon's hand. "That would be nice," she said.

Felix smiled, "I like football," he said. "I was the captain and quarterback of my football team at my old school. It was my life."

Dakota thought for a moment. Then that moment turned into at least five minutes. Happy...She never realized that she wasn't happy. She looked up at Nathan and shook her head.

"I'm sorry," she said, feeling bad.

Brett shook his head. "You're scary when you do that, ya know?"

Nathan looked down "There's nothing to be sorry about trust me..... i will just have to work extra hard and make you happy" he said smling and tilting his head abit.

Laura laughed again "I'm scary?" she giggling "I can say to people that i actually scared a vampire" she smiled.

Dakota smiled a bit. "You...You want to make me happy?" she asked and paused. "Why?"

She didn't mean to sound rude, but she wasn't used to this. This whole friendship thing. Someone actually wanted to be friends with her. Dakota thought that maybe she could come to like this.
