Haseo nodded and he walked towards the door

Jessica Raines opened the door. Then, she turned to Jessica Durran.

"Can you walk home by yourself ?"she asked her.

Ever since the murder of her parents, Jessica Raines had made sure that every night Jessica Durran made it home alive. Sarificus looked at Haseo with a smile.

"Like you said,I made a promise to sam to protect sari"he said.

[Miss Gates]

Jessica Durran nodded. "I'll be fine,"she told Raines. "I'll call you when I get home, and if I fall asleep by then, call my cell."

Raines nodded and Durran turned around and started walking home. Raines turned to Haseo.

"Will be staying with us then ?"she asked him.

Haseo nodded and he looked at her and smiled.

"Okay,"Raines said. "Let's go inside and get you some clothes and a room."

Raines let Sarificus and Haseo enter the house first. The house was quiet with everyone alseep, but other than that, it was homey. The fireplace was crackling and the air was warm. Raines took Sarificus upstairs to dress and within a few minutes, they came back downstairs where Haseo was sitting in the living room.

Meanwhile, Durran walked the dark streets of the city. There were no more vampires to be found, but dead people were all around her. A little girl ghost came up to her.

"Behind you."she said as she pointed.

Durran went to turn around, when a foot collided with her head, knocking her out cold to the ground. The figure picked her up and carried her.

Raines turned to Haseo, but surprisingly found him asleep on the couch. She yawned with a smile.Sarificus turned to her.

"He's been through alot,"she told her. "Since Sam's death. We all have. I'll stay down here with him tonight."

Raines nodded. "Breakfast is served whenever tomorrow."

Sarificus nodded."Thank you."she told her.

Then, Raines walked upstairs and went into her bedroom. Sarificus fell asleep on the other couch.

Haseo slept soundly and he smiled in his sleep.

The next day, Jessica woke up early and quietly walked downstairs, careful not wake Haseo or Sarificus. She sat at the table when she realized Durran didn't call back last night. She glanced at the clock, it was only eight thirty, but she couldn't wait. She picked up the phone and dialed her number. Meanwhile, her Aunt Mari(prounced like Mary)slept heavily and Durran's bed was empty. Next, Raines dialed Durran's cell. No answer, it went straight to the answering machine.

"Hey Durran,"she said. "Its Raines. You never called me last night and I'm making sure you got home safely. Alright, give me a call back. Slayer out."

Jessica hung out the phone with a worried sigh.

Meanwhile, Durran was strapped to a chair, looking down at the concrete floor while the demon looked at her phone. Then, Glory came in. She was the dark figure that had captured her earlier. She looked at the demon.

"Give me the phone."she said as she placed her hand out.

The demon gave her the blue cell phone. Glory went to Durran's voicemail. When the phone said type in your password, she put it on speaker phone. She turned to Durran.

"What's your password ?"she demanded.

Jessica looked up at her with glaring eyes. Glory smacked her across the face, her nails ripping skin out deeply. There was threee deep gashes across her left cheek.

"Its eight zeros."Durran said.

Haseo was gone he looked around"Hey Durran wait and I'll have you out"He said over mind speak. He sneaked in and he smiled"Ah having a party and I was'nt invited?"he said with a grin.

Glory turned around. She shut the cell phone and looked at Haseo.

"Didn't you get the invitation ? Weaklings like you aren't invited..."she said with an evil grin.

Durran looked up at Haseo. Her cheek was bleeding and she had a few bruises and scuff marks, but other than that she was fine.

"SKIETH"he called out and darkness formed around him changing form. His hand extended and grabed glory around her neck.

[Miss Gates]

"I'm a hell god you idiot,"she said chuckling. "You can't kill me with that thing. I am a goddess."

With that, she got out of his grip and threw him into the wall. She shook her head.

"You all are a waste of my time,"she said as she unstrapped Durran. "And that time is expensive."

Then, she took Durran by the throat. She turned to Haseo.

"Try a stunt like that again,"she threatened. "And I'll snap her neck."

Durran looked at Haseo.

Haseo turned into tri-edge a evil laughter erupted as he was surrounded in azure flame

"You think I'm kidding ?!"Glory yelled.

That didn't stop Glory at all, this kid was pathetic, no lower than pathetic. Well, just to keep it interesting, she would see what he would do, but if he was going to do something stupid, well, she could just kill the girl.

Durran sighed. Glory was digging her claws into her neck behind her hair, you couldn't see it unless you somehow spotted the blood that was dripping down her back. She winced as Glory dug into her again. She was going to pass out from blood loss...Durran strained to keep her eyes open, and if Haseo saved her, then, thank GOD.

Tri-edge moved very fast and he was now behind glory. He grabed glorys wrist that was hurting jessica and his hand erupted azure flame and he grabed her wrist.
