Jessica turned to Durran. "Let's have a walk."
Durran nodded as she walked away from Sarificus. The undead were quiet tonight, they weren't following her around. That was a first. Jessica Durran's other power was that she was able to see dead people. She hated it.

"I'm sorry for your loss. I wish I knew her,"she said. "She sounds like she was a great person."
Sarificus turned to Jessica Durran. "She was a hero and a true friend."

Sarificus smiled. Even though she was different now, she was the same person. If that made any sense at all. She turned to Haseo, shivering. She had been shivering for awhile.

Jessica Raines sighed. She was getting annoyned and impatient. Jessica Durran nodded at Haseo. Sarificus didn't know what Haseo had in mind, but all she could do was agree and start walking.
