Welcome to Sea-fin City, which is a tiny island surrounded by water. These waters are filled with mermaids. The mermaids can go either way when it comes to morality. The mermaids here can either be evil or peaceful. Some of the mermaids are evil due to the pirates around these parts. There are so many docks that the pirates hunt the mermaids and take advantage of their powers. Sea-fin City is an island where the mermaid can hide within humans with their human form if that mermaid can shapeshift.
