Nina slammed her fist down. "Dam right we want to know who sent the Dragon! Im notleaving this city untill Ive got a lead! Cid! SIT DOWN!", she barked. She was becoming very angsty.

Cid looked at Nina, and grunted. "Fine." he said, in a childish manner.
Hojo took a sip of hiscider, and continued. "While I was looking into my research, I saw that I needed to look back on a record of a previous exeriment. I went to the file cabinet, when I over heard Shinra, and another man, discussing plans on... something. Deciding to evesdrop further, I found out that the man Shinra was talking with seemed to be fairly powerful. He claimed to have power over dragons, and would consider lending a few of them to Shinra for combat purposes- as a secret weapon."
Sephiroth grew narrow-eyed. "Why would Shinra need Dragons? SOLDIER was stong enough to fight off any rebels that might of got in his way."
Hojo thought for a moment, as to remember something. "If I recall correctly, the city of Lindblum is against the methods of ShinRa, and found their methods of draining Mako energer like this is unlawfull. They'd been recieving threats that if they didn't stop their Mako reactors, that Lindblum would have to take action. And, as you know, the Lindblum military is to be feared." he explained.

So ShinRa did Lindblums job for them? Even if it was a mistake thats just too careless... I wouldn't be setting a dragon on people in my own building.

Nina bit her thumb nail nervously. "But who would have great power over a Dragon? Or in this case MANY Dragons. I know of VERY few people who would have power over even one.", she paused. "A Dragon has its own free will. Perhaps this Dragon that attacked the Shinra went A-wall? Maybe it was working as a double agent? But then...if it disliked the Shinra why would it attack us? It shouldnt have any reason to. Which then brings us back to the beginng: Some higher power had control over that Dragon. And taking what Hojo said; SEVERAL Dragons.", she frowned. She looked at Nick. "Im Nina by the way. Im from The Valley of Fire, or commonly known as Dragon Valley." She sat down. "Why...would they take Mako energy from Lindbulm...?", she asked.

Sephiroth paused in thought for a moment. "Maybe... This person was planning to decieve Shinra? But then, what would that accomplish? Could it be Lindblum?" It did make sense, but the man felt that that wasn't the case. It was an individual with extreme power; it was doubtful that he'd be working under someone.
"And also... My name is Sephiroth. That there is Cid, and over there is Cloud." he introduced simutaniously.

"It wouldnt accomplish anything. Not one dam thing.", Nina said frustrated. "No one in Lindbulm would have control over a Dragon, would they? I mean it seemsnearly impossible.", she was avoiding saying who she suspected. "No one outside of my Village should have that much control of a Dragon.", she paused. "I really dont know..."

Sephiroth looked up, and got another idea. "You say that nobody not from your village can control dragons? Then maybe..." It was possible, and it made the most sense. But still, even if it was... for what?

"DONT EVEN SUGGEST IT!", Nina growled slamming her fists on the bar. "THEY WOULD NEVER! THE ELDERS THERE ARE GOOD PEOPLE! THEY PROTECT THE DRAGONS!" She was fumeing. "Dont they...?", she muttered. She thought of the phone call about her sisters death, and the birth of her niece. Something wasnt right.

Nina looked at him like: are you serious?!, but then she remembered he wouldnt know because he wasnt from the Valley. "The Elders are like the king or queen of a city. Accept there are several of them and they work together to bring peace and run the Valley. They also have great power over the Dragons who live on the outskirts of the Valley in the forest. They have had a growing friendship for several million years. The Valley remains so undisturbed because the Dragons serve as our army.", she explained in short detail. "And because the Elders have control over the Dragons, Sephiroth thinks they might be behind this..."

Well Sephiroth here could be right. If these elders work together to make peace, then they may have been able to convince the dragon to attack ShinRa... That doesn't explain why it attacked my brothers and you but maybe you weren't little miss popular back in your village... Maybe the elders see you as a threat to society and peace. Maybe these elders are not as innocent as you have been lead to believe. My brother told me, peace is having a bigger stick that the other guy. A dragon is a pretty big stick.

Nina huffed. Shewas getting mad. The nerve of these people accusing the Elders! She slammed her fist and left a dent in the bar. She looked at all of them coldly and got up and went outside.

Sephiroth grunted, as she stormed out of the bar. He was a bit angry himself. Hojo looked at the door, then at the others. "Oh my. The woman sure seems like she has quite the temper." he said, looking a tad frightened. There was a brief silence after.
Cloud scoffed. "Stupid. She's so ignorant. Doesn't even consider it when it's obvious."

Nina sat by her broken down moped outside of tifas bar. Itd been sitting there ever since Sephiroth, and Cid had brought her there. She huffed and kicked the dirt. She thought about the call shed gotten from the Elders. Her sister was dead, and she hada kid. None of it made an sense. Something wasnt right. 'What if it is the Elders...?, She thought. She closed her eyes. 'I need to think about this. I cant go jumping to conclusions! But the only answer she came to was the Elders.

I don't see what her problem is. Everyone gets turned on in their life. Some more often than others... To be honest she's taking it poorly. Sitting around and moaning or storming off doesn't help. We should strike back before we get killed.
