A Dim Light

[Miss Gates]

Destiny Summers walked the quiet and dark streets of Airenia City. She had on a red dress with sleeves and a long black leather trench coat. She black leather boots and red nail polish. Her hair was long and blonde with small waves and she had green hazel eyes that shone brightly. Destiny was a skinny, but with curves, and she was pretty.
She felt like someone was behind her and whipped around. No one. Just movements in the shadows. She continued to walk to her destination(wherever that may be, she was homeless)and again felt the same feeling. Destiny came across an alley and gasped as she saw something in the shadows move quickly in front of her. The figure stood agaisnt the wall in the night's protection. It was breathing hard and sounded like they needed help.

"Hello ? Anyone there ?"she asked. "Do you need help ?"

Immeaditly the figure lunged at Destiny, making her scream. It was a man, Destiny could tell now because he had her pinned. Destiny looked horrified into the man's eyes as he leaned into her neck.

"Please no...wait..."she said, but to late.

The lycan had bit into the girl's neck and sucked on it for about a minute before the man returned back to his hunting. Destiny laid on the ground, eyes dialating as she looked into the moon. She turned her head and her eyes closed.

Angel staggered down the dark alleyways, he panted hard even though he didn't need to breath. Blood covered his trench coat and face, it matted his dark hair. Angel took refuge in a dark ally and leaned against a wall, pain was surrounding him he felt it mentally and physically. He put his head against the cold brick wall and fell into a deep sleep.

Jessica Raines, The Slayer, was nearby, taking her normal patrol when she heard a scream and ran in the rain as quick as she could when she ran past a dark alley that Angel was in, she stopped as she sensed him. She piveted on her right foot and turned into the alleyway. She drew her stake as she walked towards Angel. Blood was on the alley floor. Jessica went to take another step when she accidently stepped on him. She gasped and took out her flashlight.
The light shone on Angel. Jessica shone the light on his trench coat and found the blood. She dropped to his side and started to cleans his wounds. She took off her trench coat and then heavier t-shirt, leaving her with small and tiny strapless red-tangtop. She shivered as she worked on healing him because of the rain. She could see her breath. Jessica was about to tie the shirt around Angel when she picked up by her hair and thrown back into the alley wall with a scream; she hit the wall hard.
Jessica groaned as she got up. The other vampire walked over to her and started to attack her, scratching her with his claws all the down from her neck to her belly in a straight line, but not tearing her shirt. He then threw her on the ground and went to her pants, started taking off her shoes. Jessica pounded her fists and screamed. She drew her stake again and the vampire knocked it out of her hand.

"HELP !! PLEASE !!!"she screamed.

Jessica's eyes were struck with terror as the vampire took both her arms and pinned her down.

Angel woke with a start and stood up, grabbed the vampire by the throat then tuned the vampire to face him "I may be a monster now but, if I have an ounce of humanity left in me, I will not sit and watch an innocent girl get her virginity stolen by the likes of you!" he roared his teeth clenched together. Angel then threw the vampire to the ground and crushed his scull with his foot. He then turned to Jessica and looked at her with eyes stained with hurt and pain "are alright miss?" he asked his voice dark but relieved

Jessica nodded, surprised. She thought she was dead. She zipped her pants and then looked at him.

"Thank you."she told him and then remembered the other who was hurt.

"There's another !"she cried as she remembered. "I just saw another young girl get bit by a werewolf ! But I stopped when I saw you..."

"Oh...go then" he turned and started to walk away

Jessica sighed. She was cold and he had her other shirt, but oh well. She slipped on her shoes and ran. The girl was no longer there. The next thing she knew, she was shoved to the ground, pinned, and a werewolf was breathing on her. Jessica stood still. Completely motionless. The werewolf with....wings ? Jessica thought.

[Asphyxia.]

Night, a powerful mix between angel and vampire, walke the streets moving her curvy thighs slightly. She then spotted the warewolf pinning a girl on the ground as she sighed. "Another one, eh?" She said as she ran and tackled the warewolf to the ground. Her dark side that she inherited from her mother took over her body as she summoned and ancient spirit that stabbed the warewolf and left it wounded on the ground but not dead.

angel rubbed his head, the thirst for blood was comeing back and he was scared of it

Jessica sighed. "Thanks."she told Night.

She got up and brushed the dirt off of her. She looked at the wounded werewolf, who changed back into her figure, partially naked because of the torn clothes. She shut her eyes for a moment and then sighed, she was going to freeze her ass off for this. Jessica took off her midnight-blue trench coat and wrapped Destiny in it. Jessica could feel the goosebumps already.

"Tear !"she called.

Red sparkles orbed next to Jessica. The young child, who was 12, appeared with scruffy hair and in dark pjams yawned.

"You rang ?"she yawned again.

"I need you to heal this one,"she said as she pointed at the wounded Destiny. "She's a werewolf, so don't worry. She's also appears to be a whitelighter like you...."

Tear nodded wearily and then crouched down by Destiny's left side. She removed the trench coat and a red glow came from her hands over the wound. Tear then put the trench coat back over her as the wound sealed up and looked at Jessica.

"You want me to take her home ?"she yawned, covering her mouth.

Jessica nodded. "Yes please."

Tear took Destiny's left wrist and they both disappeared in red sparkles. Jessica looked at Night.

"Thank you,"she said again. "For your help."

He sat down in a patk Angel was getting more and more hungry as time passed

Jessica sensed Angel's hunger, and was frightened. She didn't want her new found hero to go on bloodrive and for her to kill him....like the last Angel...God she missed Angel...

A tear rolled down her cheek. She glanced at Night. "Not to run off on you,"she said. "But a friend of mine needs my help."

Jessica ran, huffed a little as she ran. Thunder rolled loudly and then lightening came. Rain started to pour and whip her in the face hard as she ran. When she spotted Angel, she came up towards him.

"I..."she breathed heavily. "Can sense....your hunger a mile away...."

He glared at her "So leave"

"No."Jessica said firmly.

"You need to drink,"she told him. "If you don't, you'll go on a blood drive and then you'll start killing humans."

[hollenfeuer]

"No" angel growled "You need to kill me"
